Having been a fan of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest for over 40 years, Tim brings a deep appreciation for the region's stunning natural beauty and vibrant culture to his real estate career. With a background in property management, Tim is perfectly suited to meet the needs of his clients in this industry.

 

Tim's real estate journey began by working with investors and selling REO properties in Los Angeles, collaborating with the number one REO agent and achieving over $180M in sales. This experience provided him with valuable insights and a strong understanding of the real estate market. Tim's impressive experience and broad range of Real Estate Agent licenses in Washington, California, and Texas have given him a comprehensive understanding of the real estate markets in these states. He obtained several prestigious designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative®, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®, Guild Member, Seller Representative Specialist®, and GREEN® designation since 2006.

 

With his knowledge of the industry and diverse background, Tim is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of property management. His previous roles as a leasing agent and property manager have given him invaluable experience in overseeing properties and tenant management in various capacities.

 

Tim's commitment to providing outstanding customer service stems from his background in hospitality. He has honed his skills of navigating stressful situations with ease and ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. In addition to his real estate expertise, Tim actively gives back to his community. He volunteers at Foundation Communities' healthy food pantry and supports significant causes such as St. Jude and various animal organizations. When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Tim enjoys exploring Seattle's many parks with his beloved dogs, Turbo and Nelly.
