Ryan Elizalde

 Ryan moved to Seattle by way of Southern California in the winter of 2011, after his first couple of months he thought he may never see the sun again.  Almost 10 years later he can’t imagine living anywhere else.  Ryan has a 20+ year background in marketing and always had an interest in real estate.  A friend told him he should get his license, that the hardest part of the business he already knew, "how to market yourself".  Since then, Ryan has been a buyer’s agent, started his own brokerage and now bringing that experience to Maple Leaf Property Management as a property manager. Ryan cares about the interests of his clients, partners, and business associates by demonstrating exceptional customer service and creating solutions that assist in their needs. 

  

When Ryan isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends along with, exploring new details about neighborhoods in and around Seattle.  Sometimes, you might find him roaming through abandon ghost towns, rockhounding, or sitting quietly sipping on a Tito’s martini up with a lemon twist.
