Kit MacPherson

Kit MacPherson started her real estate career in 1980 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. In the early 1980s she began working in the Relocation Division of MacPherson’s Inc. Realtors. She opened their REO division and was the corporate contact for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, listing hundreds of repossessions. Kit became an investment property owner in her twenties and has continued to expand her portfolio of properties ever since. This extensive knowledge from successfully owning and managing properties is the foundation on which Kit built Maple Leaf Property Management LLC. She knows from firsthand experience that property managers need to listen closely and carefully to their clients, speak honestly to set realistic expectations, and help them make informed decisions. She has developed a team of professionals that are second to none in the region.

Kit is excited to bring this experience and expertise to our investor owners through several new branches of services: Maple Leaf Real Estate LLC and Maple Leaf Investment Properties LLC is helping investors make decisions on their current investments through selling, diversifying, or exchanging while investing in emerging markets for monthly cash flow and yearly appreciation. The newest division, Rob Gasca Real Estate Group, brings over 20 years’ experience in Commercial and Large Multi-Family Communities.

Kit loves to “hang” out with her adult children, especially when they are home from college. She travels with friends, loves to cook, wine taste, walk with friends, take hikes, laugh with co-workers, and read a good book.
