Oktoberfest in Leavenworth

Oktoberfest in Leavenworth is a great October adventure. Although there is a fee to attend the festival this is a wonderful family event as well as an adult event. There is plenty of entertainment with the great German style bands. And food, what would a festival be without great food and of course beer. To quote the Oktoberfest website there is “Free transportation in Leavenworth, live music, German food, arts and crafts, and activities for the whole family (oh yeah and did we say “beer”?).”

You can even book reservations and spend the night. We think this would be a great adventure and this will be the year to go. The weather is usually good in October. How about you. Have you been to Oktoberfest in Leavenworth?
