What You Will Need:

·       WA real estate license

·       License to be maintained at MLPM brokerage

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Familiarity with property management software, such as AppFolio, & associated apps

·       Experience in property management preferred

·       Strong accounting math skills

·       Experience reading/understanding tenant & owner ledgers

·       Insured vehicle
