Tristen Mickelson, born and raised in West Seattle, brings over four years of hands-on experience in real estate and property management, working across single-family, multifamily residential, and commercial properties. His experience lies in effectively managing properties, securing excellent tenants, and ensuring quick and seamless communication. In addition to property management, Tristen has a strong background in marketing strategy, where he led business development and client relations for a boutique international firm.

Tristen also has extensive experience in facilities management and support services, gained through his work as a small business federal government contractor. He has worked with key military entities, including the U.S. Army National Guard, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and U.S. Navy, providing tailored solutions for complex facilities and operational needs. Known for his professionalism, relationship-building skills, and exceptional attention to detail, Tristen delivers an exceptionally high level of service to his clients. He is fast, responsive, and quick to address any needs that arise. When not working, Tristen enjoys numerous hobbies including reading, competitive boxing, running, lifting weights, traveling, and fine dining.
