Kit MacPhersonKit MacPherson

Designated Broker/Owner

Kit started her real estate career 1980 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. In the early 1980’s she began working in the Relocation Division of MacPherson’s Inc. Realtors. She opened their REO division and was the corporate contact for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac listing hundreds of Repossessions. She began buying real estate in her twenties and has become a successful real estate investor. This knowledge in owning and managing properties is what Kit has based the foundation of Maple Leaf Management LLC on. She believes that property managers need to listen closely and carefully to their clients and speak honestly to set realistic expectations and to help make educated decisions. She has developed a team of professionals that are second to none in the area.

Kit enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, walking with friends, laughing with co-workers and reading a good book.


Diana GustafsonDiana Gustafson

Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager

Diana Gustafson draws from her knowledge of owning rental homes. She has owned and managed her own rental houses since 2000.  A University of Washington business school graduate, she enjoyed a successful career in sales and sales management in the 80’s and 90’s and brought those skills to real estate when she became a Broker in 2010.  Diana enjoys helping people and quality customer service has always been the key to her sales success.

Born and raised in the great city of Edmonds Washington, Diana enjoys hiking, traveling, laughing with friends and family time.


Lee NicholsLee Nichols

Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager

Lee moved to Seattle in 2011 and never looked back. After twenty plus years as an account executive and five of those years in the real estate title and escrow industry – she became a tenant of Maple Leaf Management. After witnessing the dedication of the MLM team to their tenants first hand, she decided to obtain her real estate broker’s license and become a full time property manager in the summer of 2014. Lee has always been passionate about building successful relationships and believes there is no substitute for the personal touch — she now has a perfect balance by being able to see things from both the tenant and the owner’s side! Lee loves living in the Pacific Northwest. She loves to hike and the outdoors. She loves being involved with her church, laughter and visiting her daughter whenever she can in California.


Michelle Bannister (1)Michelle Bannister

Office Manager

Michelle started her real estate career with MacPherson’s Inc. Realtors in 1979. She sold real estate in the south end of Seattle and then transferred over to marketing and advertising when she moved to North Seattle.  In 1985 she married career Army officer Frank Bannister and had the opportunity to join the adventures of a military family living in New Jersey, San Antonio, Korea, Tacoma and finally Germany where her family was based for 15 years.  In 2011 she and her family moved back to Seattle and once again Michelle joined forces with Kit MacPherson and put her talents and organizational skills back into real estate working as the office manager for Maple Leaf Management.  Michelle enjoys cooking, exploring, spending time with her children and grandchildren and being a part of the Maple leaf Management Team. As office manager Michelle feels it is a privilege to be part of such a great team.


Jen-WebsterJen Webster

Real Estate Broker/Property Manager

Since 2003, Jen has proudly called Seattle home! After completing graduate school she transformed her love for this region and its people into a career in property management. In 2015 she joined the Maple Leaf team where she manages a portfolio of multi-family buildings and single-family homes. Jen’s approach to property management values local knowledge, expertise in research, and dedication to excellence in customer service. As a Pacific Northwest native, Jen enjoys hiking, sailing, reading, and, of course, a delicious cup of coffee.


Katie HamptonKatie Hampton

Property Manager

Born and raised in North Carolina, Katie has lovingly called Seattle home since Spring of 2015. After earning her Biology Degree at the University of North Carolina, she worked as a project manager in both the pharmaceutical and technology sector, focused on operational and customer service excellence. Wanting more direct customer interaction, she joined Maple Leaf Management in 2016 as a Property Management Assistant and is working on her Real Estate License. Katie brings her technological expertise and analytical mindset to the Property Management industry and thrives on finding new ways to utilize technology in optimizing the customer experience.

In her free time, Katie sings in the Magnolia Chorale, enjoys hiking and exploring all the natural wonders her new home in the Pacific Northwest has to offer.


Natalie Dalrymple Natalie Dalrymple

Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Natalie joined MLPM in 2014 and believes she works with the greatest people – she does! After 20+ years as an Exec. Assistant, she found her dream job as our Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. Natalie enjoys spending time with family, and appreciates the wealth of experiences and successes shared throughout the MLPM team.


Melissa Walsh Melissa Walsh

Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager

Melissa grew up in the Northwest, but lived in many different locations while her husband was in the military. It was during that time that she first became acquainted with property management. While living in England, she worked for a government agency that managed housing for the elderly, and she loved doing work that provided such a basic need. Melissa has been with Maple Leaf Management since August 2015 and enjoys every aspect the company, from helping tenants with their maintenance needs to providing homeowners with confidence that their investment is being well managed. Melissa is also harpist and mother of three, so weekends find her either playing at weddings or driving to a soccer game.


Moira Dumas Moira Dumas

Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager

Moira comes to us from another Seattle property management company where she worked in various capacities for three years. Originally from Massachusetts, Moira settled in Seattle in 2012 and is now married with a little boy. Moira has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a M.A. from Southern Connecticut State University. She loves property management because it allows her to meet so many new people and see so many great properties all around the greater Seattle area. She will treat your home as if it were her own. In her spare time, Moira spends as much time as possible outside with her family.


Morgan GackeMorgan Gacke

Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Morgan joined the Maple Leaf Management team during the summer of 2016 after completing her Accounting and Finance degrees at Washington State University. She enjoys helping Maple Leaf provide the best customer service possible for its owners and tenants and is currently working to obtain her real estate license. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest Morgan enjoys hiking, hanging out with friends and family, and a good book.


Cathy LemboCathy Lembo

Office Assistant

Cathy started working in Real Estate in 1999 as an Administrative Support Staff. She obtained her real estate license in 2002 and expanded her role as an agent assistant. In 2013 she started working in property management and joined Maple Leaf Management in 2016. She is very happy to be working with the Maple Leaf Management Team!! Born and raised in Seattle, Cathy enjoys spending time with her extended Italian family and friends, traveling, cooking, and wine tasting.


Jill AllenJill Allen

Assistant Property Manager

Jill Allen is a Seattle native and has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. She started working for Maple Leaf Property Management in 2015, and enjoys working with the Homeowners, Tenants, and all the gals at the office. She finds Property Management to be challenging yet rewarding and is dedicated to making her Clients happy. Her favorite things to do when not working are cooking, reading and spending time with family.
